On this episode of the podcast, we talk with Chad Oliver of the Brooklyn band The Graveyard Kids about his band and its involvement in the Mama Coco's Funky Collection collective.
Mama Coco's is a DIY recording studio around which has built a coalition of musicians and fans working to create music in an atmosphere of mutual cooperation and support. With its old space flooded out, Mama Coco's has launched an IndieGoGo campaign to build a new state of the art studio to serve as a nexus for low-cost, quality recording facilities as well as community activities.
